Today Conservatives are asking the Liberal government - for a second time - to respect the will of the province of Saskatchewan to remove the section of the Saskatchewan Act that gives CP Railway a permanent tax exemption in Saskatchewan.
Saskatchewan and every province should have the right to amend their respective constitutions.
