Canadians continue to be denied service at Service Canada despite a supposed policy change on masking requirements.

The Minister of Families, Children and Social Development indicated earlier this week that the mask mandate at Service Canada had been lifted, but my office is still receiving complaints from Canadians who are being denied service at Service Canada.

No Canadian should be denied basic government services and the Minister needs to be fully transparent with Canadians about the policies in place.
