This week, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government propped up by the NDP party and the Green party moved a motion to suspend Parliament and replace it with a special COVID committee. This committee does not allow us to have Opposition Days, request Emergency Debates, debate Private Members Bills, order the publication of government documents, or debate and vote on committee reports. It limits Parliament in the midst of a pandemic.
