From beautiful landscapes, to the sacrifices past and present of our Canadian Armed Forces Members, to the core values that unite us, we have lots to be grateful for as Canadians.
While the recent findings of unmarked graves at former residential schools remind us that as a country we have not always lived up to our ideals, Canada Day is good opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to equality, inclusion, freedom and respect, as well as our desire to build a stronger Canada.
